Joe Mathews

Joe Mathews serves the project as the Technical Assistance Advisor. In this role, he works closely with Bob Jahner to coordinate technical assistance delivery, including TA training and guidance to State VR agencies, training to State VR personnel, and TA to agency partners when necessary. Joe has over 30 years of distinguished service in the rehabilitation field, coming up from the ranks as a rehabilitation counselor and culminating in the leadership position of administrator for the Montana Disability Division. He is also a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. Joe holds a M.S. in Rehabilitation Counseling, B.S. in Social Science and a B.S. in Health, Physical Education and Recreation, all from Montana State University in Billings.
