Denver 360°

Denver 360° is a three-step program providing employment services to recipients of Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF). We work with individuals to help them become more self-sufficient and marketable to potential employers while meeting their TANF contract requirements. We contract with the City and County of Denver to provide these services to TANF recipients who are referred to our program.

We also partner with local businesses and organizations as community-based training (CBT) sites. Our CBT site partners receive assistance for their organization at no cost, while providing our clients with on-the-job training and experience, similar to an unpaid internship.

The fund source for this activity is the City and County of Denver, Division of Workforce Development for TANF (Temporary Assistance to Needy Families).
